Welcome to our Customer Service page.   Here you will find information on shipping, payment options, our return policy, and many other subjects.   If you have questions that are not addressed here, do not hesitate to call or email us.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to purchases made within the State of New York.

Method of Payment: At this time we accept payment via PayPal.  You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.  Just select the Paypal option during checkout and after you submit your order, click on the “Continue” link next to “Don’t have a PayPal account?” to pay via credit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping & Handling: Orders will be shipped within 3 business days, often sooner.  We ship using USPS First-Class Mail, with Delivery Confirmation, for a flat rate of $3.95 (includes handling and processing).   However, if you have a specific shipping request or want to change method of shipping, do not hesitate to contact us to discuss and arrange.

Shipping outside the United States: Please contact us to inquire about a shipping rate to a specific destination.  Please include which item(s) you are interested in and your completed mailing address with postal code.

Wrapping: All items will be sent to you wrapped in an eco-friendly jute pouch or non-woven pouch (100% recycled polypropylene), based on availability.

Returns: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, an item may be returned within five (5) days of receipt for a REFUND of the purchase price or EXCHANGE.  We’re sorry, but shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless there was error on our part.  Items must be undamaged and unaltered, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.   Sale items, custom orders, or items that have been adjusted are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please call us or email cs@knotsandstones.com prior to returning merchandise. We will provide you with a return form and a return authorization (RA) number.

When shipping a returned item, please package securely and be sure to include your return address, e-mail address, phone number, and a detailed description of the reason for the return on the form provided.  Knots and Stones is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you insure all shipments and package the piece properly with padding.

Repairs: Repair services for damaged and worn jewelry are provided upon request.  Please call us or email cs@knotsandstones.com to arrange.  When shipping an item for repair, please package securely and be sure to include your return address, e-mail address, phone number, and a detailed description of the repairs to be made.  When we receive the item, we will contact you with an estimate of cost and time needed to get your piece back to you.

Custom Orders: We are glad to work with you on custom orders.  Please contact us with your special request to determine if it is feasible.  A down payment will be determined at the time of agreement on the details of the order.
